[Returns & Cancellations]

- Once an order is placed and confirmed through our online store, we do not allow changes to the size or shipping address, or cancellations. Please carefully review the confirmation screen before completing your order to avoid any errors.

- Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to accept your order after your order has been confirmed and shipped, we may refuse to accept a new order or reship it. Furthermore, if you refuse to accept a shipped item or return it due to an extended absence, you may be charged for the round-trip shipping fees.

- We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a mismatched appearance or dislike after trying on or visual inspection. Please carefully consider the color, size, and pattern before ordering. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via our contact form.

- Colors and appearances may appear slightly different depending on your computer environment, particularly your monitor. This may result in differences in color and texture, and this is entirely attributable to the customer, so please understand this before using our services.

[Regarding Cooling-Off Periods]
The cooling-off period applies when a customer enters into a contract unexpectedly or by mistake, such as through door-to-door sales or knock-off sales. The cooling-off period does not apply to online sales, where the purchase is made voluntarily by the customer.

[Regarding Defective Products]
All products are inspected before shipping. If a defect is discovered or the product is out of stock, we will promptly contact the purchaser. If a defect is discovered after arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us directly via the inquiry form. Our staff will respond promptly. Please note that if you return the product before contacting us, we may not be able to accept it. If the product is defective or has a defect, we will cover all return shipping costs, so please send it cash on delivery.

Furthermore, returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases. Please check the product immediately upon arrival.

1) Products that have been received or purchased more than three days ago (please check the contents immediately upon receipt).
2) Products that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
3) Products with the invoice, original product tag, or label attached to the product removed or missing.
4) Products that have acquired a strong odor, become dirty, or become scratched (whether due to trying on or wearing the product, or for any other reason) and are significantly different from the condition they were in when shipped.
5) Products (including boxes and accessories) that are returned to us in a significantly different condition from when they were delivered. This includes damage to the box or loss or damage to accessories.
6) Products whose pre-sealed packaging has been opened (such as CDs where the packaging is part of the product).
7) The size error is less than 4cm.
8) Products that are not eligible for returns or exchanges under our company's standard, such as lucky bags, lucky boxes, sale items, outlet items, and pre-order items.

[If you receive a different product than what you ordered]
We take the utmost care when shipping your order. However, if the item you received is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Our staff will inspect the item and promptly arrange for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. However, if the returned item is significantly different from when we shipped it (due to washing, alterations, damage, etc.), we regret that we cannot accept returns.

When trying on an item, please be careful not to get any odors (including perfume, cosmetics, and tobacco) or stains on the item.
*If the item is defective, we will exchange it for an identical item if it is in stock. If we do not have an exchangeable item in stock, we will refund your money.

[Notes Regarding Refunds]
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the start of the refund process. Please note that we may not be able to process same-day payments or meet your desired delivery date. If you paid by credit card, your credit card payment will be canceled. Returns that occur across the card company's closing date may be carried over to the following month, depending on the card company and your contract. We are unable to verify your credit card contract details, so please contact your card company directly for details.

[Notes Regarding Outlet and Sale Items]
For outlet and sale items on our online shop, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are strictly prohibited after purchase, regardless of the reason. Please understand the nature of outlet products before purchasing. To prevent discrepancies between expected and actual product details, please feel free to contact us via our inquiry form.

[Notes on the Sales Page]
All items sold in our store are brand new and unused. Many items may have a slightly different, used look due to processing methods and brand preferences, as well as differences in dyeing and processing. By purchasing, you acknowledge this. Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges due to the product being different from the image shown above.
